Touch of Death is the kind of ability that when you read it you figure it can’t possibly mean what it says.  But yep, it does.  Once I realized how it worked, my goal for my monk became getting to 90, stacking as much stamina as I can find, then rolling through old dungeons one-shotting bosses and giggling like a madman.
