The game of WoW is hard to play,
nobody wins it anyway,
someday the screen will fade to gray,
so this is all I have to /say.

Logging off is painless,
and so are most class changes,
and I can go play Star Wars if I please.

For everybody who thought Stromgarde Abbey was too mainstream.

  1. Classic show… and you do have to wonder how some of those orders get used!
I still can’t help but think of ‘The Absent Minded Professor’ any time I see those oversized produce. The fact that the Pandaren might as well be frat boys might be part of that, though.

    • Well the lady monk that picks up the striped melons for the August Celestials does say “I love the sound the melons make when they explode!” she also gets a little wild eyed when she says that! 😛

      • Now I’m not sure I can trust any of those recipes they taught me! :p

  3. I sincerely hope someone from Blizzard will see this. 4077 needs to be included somehow. x)

    • Well, it’s pretty much the only piece of pop culture that doesn’t have a reference in game yet, so they’d better get on it!

      • By the way, is it Bea Jay or Trapper John? The moustache would suggest Bea Jay, but…

  4. AWESOME parody lyrics. I wish we could get a group recording of the song.

  5. Clearly they’re referring to LTC Blake, as 1) nobody pulls shenanigans over on COL Potter, and 2) you just know that Potter would not only allow the still but request a cut of their stash. 🙂

Great show, and I’m also slightly saddened that it has yet to have a reference in-game. Not that WoW should just be a melange of pop culture in-jokes and meta self-referential humor, but it would be nifty to see a nod to a show that has had such a massive impact on popular culture and the way TV shows are written and made.

  6. I love M*A*S*H! Three and some change years ago, unemployed, practically snowed in, and home alone for three weeks (housemates were out of state for Christmas), my days were largely spent knitting and watching M*A*S*H. That’s how and when I got all 11 years on DVD. 😉

And I envy your parodying skills.
