And we’re back to the short silly comics about WoW that you’ve come to expect from AFR!

Flex raiding is an interesting idea and even though I’m not really in the raiding game any more, I’m curious to see how it will change the way the game is played.  I can’t even begin to reckon how much guild drama and anguish we would have been spared if we could have just said: “The more the merrier!” and gone into Karazhan or Icecrown Citadel with twelve or thirteen people.

  1. Well, Icecrown maybe. Karazhan was rough enough trying to drill into people to stay still during Flame Wreath during the Shade of Aran fight. Flex raids there would have just meant more people potentially moving.

I think I am going to have the limbo song stuck in my head the next time I happen to raid though.

    • Well, fair trade, ’cause now you’ve got the “I will not move when the Flame Wreath is cast” song stuck in mine.

  2. I’m fairly certain that what Targe is doing is a bad idea beyond just the flexible misunderstanding. You know, the whole wood burns thing… if you don’t catch those supports on fire, you might catch yourself on fire, or pieces of the burning part might fall on you… or on the floor, and then you catch the building on fire, and that’s just a bad day waiting to happen. This is still beside the problem of if you hit your head on the bar as well. I hope the place has a fire plan!

    • Don’t worry, after getting Morgatha’s morning coffee order wrong a few times, the tavern learned to keep a frost mage on call at all times to handle any flamey problems.
