As a general rule, however, I make it a point to stay away from Elwynn Forest. A realm I rolled an alt on one day was found to be CRZed to Moon Guard. I went into the Inn only for quests, but the general chat was bad enough.

Yeah, there are a lot of good reasons to be wary of chat in Elwynn.

And the same thing happens constantly in Orgrimmar. How we “suck dick”, and are “Horde fags” Your point? I have an RP Ally character who hates the Alliance, but there is a story reason for it. And when I do it Not in chat, I try to make it at the very least funny. But believe me, This is NOT a faction specific thing.

Oh, I believe you. I completely believe you. I may not have seen it myself, but I don’t doubt it happens. Whether we play Alliance or Horde, for better and for worse we’re all just people behind those keyboards.
